Job Tittle:   Opérations

 

Full Job Description :- 

Véritable coordinateur/coordinatrice de la finance et des opérations locales, nous recherchons un/une VIE qui aura un double rôle opérationnel et financier dans le suivi quotidien de la gestion des entités locales de Berluti.

Vous reporterez directement au General Manager régional.

Interface avec les équipes financières et comptables du partenaire régional
Support financier opérationnel (facturation, paiements, calcul des provisions)
Partenaire pour les relations avec les administrations locales (banques, fournisseurs, etc.)
Reporting mensuel pour le management local et central
Préparation des budgets et des phases de reforecast
Suivi du cash-flow et de la trésorerie
Coordination logistique entre le Head office et la Joint-Venture locale
Analyse de la performance (points de vente, produits, investissements, etc.)
Suivi local du contrôle interne
Organisation et suivi des inventaires en magasin et dans l’entrepôt régional
Assister le GM régional et l’équipe finance centrale dans les analyses et présentations

Profile:-

Pour pouvoir effectuer un VIE, vous devez être français ou ressortissant(e) de l’Espace Economique Européen (EEE) et avoir entre 18 et 28 ans.

Vous disposez d’une première expérience en finance opérationnelle indispensable (contrôle de gestion, contrôle financier, audit ou consolidation)
Excellente maîtrise du pack office
Anglais et français courant indispensable
Qualités requises : autonomie, organisation, bon relationnel, qualité de synthèse et d’analyse, curiosité, respect de la confidentialité et capacité d’adaptation
