We are looking for an Inventory Manager to manage the inventory for our company. In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.

Auditing the Each Process of The inventory from Inventory Receiving to Outbound.
Investigate and understand the Main issues arising across all our brands of the Store.
Investigate fraud, theft & operational issues that may impact the business’s profitability.
Manage the stock take process across all Brands.
Review and provide input operating procedures to reduce loss and improve profitability within the business.
Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
Develops and implements inventory control procedures.
Coordinate and monitor daily physical cycle count.
Trains and manage an inventory Team.
Monitor delivery to ensure that goods come in on time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up on undelivered goods.
Ensure inventory is at optimum level and there is no under or over purchasing
Selecting new products and reviewing the old one
Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, or futures markets
Monitor Sales growth in Category
Monitor Inventory Turnover Ratio
Out of stock & overstock management
Monitor Category Purchase & Sales Comparison Report
Monitor Category Growth & Ageing Report
Monitor Promotion Sales & Backend Margin Report

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG Food & Non-Food Wholesale/ Retail/Hypermarkets
Experience in handling more than 20,000 SKUs.
Excellent knowledge of inventory management software LS Retail/Ms Dynamics
Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 5,500.00 per month
