Job Tittle:  Customer Service Executive with Hospitality Experience

 

Full Job Description :- 

• Handling the complete procedure of passport and visa application as per the standards of Mission. Answering queries of all applicants and guiding applicants on rules and regulations.
• Communicating and guiding applicants in a polite and helpful manner.
• Responsible for data entry without errors.
• Constantly updating self on product knowledge.
• Guiding applicants on the process.
• Cash handling and reporting accurately.
• Flexible to work in a different location and shift timings.
• Additional Skills are Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent typing skills
• Experience in customer service for a year minimum.
• Should have a valid residence visa in Dubai.
• Flexible in working hours
• Should be a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary and Benefits

• Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
• Annual leave – 30 days with air ticket allowance

Working days: Monday to Saturday, Sunday is a week off. Timings: -9:00AM – 6:00PM

• Job Location: Al Abdul Lathif Al Zarooni Building (Same building of DIB Bank – Umm Al Quawain
• Looking For Candidates who has their Own Visa.
