Looking for an enthusiastic Tele-Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are excellent communicator, dynamic and hard-working individual to drive a dynamic business with huge growth potential.

In order to be considered, you must be already based in the Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Must have good command of English
• Have superior people skills
• presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts

Required Skills:

• Graduation in any stream.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
