The MEA HR Services team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual to lead benefits and HR operations activities across the region. This is a Team lead position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all employees.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must have strong people skills along with experience working with diverse groups and cultures, be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. The candidate must also have strong leadership, communications, and project management skills.

Position Responsibilities:-

Lead a multi discipline team of HR specialists focused on benefits and human resource operations located across the MEA region

Manage the transfer in of transactional work from other HR functional areas

Provide a comprehensive HR administrative and benefits service for all employees

Responsible for employee lifecycle documentation and authorization, in line with Company policy

Be accountable and provide ownership for key projects relating to all HRS activities and systems

Proactively manage all HR channels and associated ways of customer contact with the team.

Manage case load, priorities and allocate cases within the team.

Ensure team is adequately resourced at all times.

Proactively coach, develop and mentor to enable progression with the performance of the team

Highlight areas of improvement and suggest actions to maintain best practice

Suggest and implement process improvements that will contribute to more efficient working practices – be a Subject Matter expert for all operational aspects of HR processes

Provide reports and metrics on KPI’s and SLA’s as required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of proven team leadership skills

5+ years coaching and developing people, ability to manage and motivate a team

5+ years of benefits knowledge and compliance of the MEA region specifically

5+ years of experience covering the MEA region

Track record of working in a customer-focused environment where the emphasis is on SLA’s and continuous improvement. Ideally worked in an HR Shared Service Centre before, but other relevant operational experience considered

Experience of Workday or other HR SaaS

Good interpersonal skills – personable and professional. Be a great ambassador for HR

Excellent level of IT skills in particular Excel (e.g. v look-ups/pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HR Database)

Must be tenacious, resourceful and resilient

Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)

Strong relationship building skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

HR Operations & Services experience preferred

Basic knowledge of GOSI preferred

Fluent in Arabic is a plus

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 5 or more years’ related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred
