Full Job Description :- 

Highly committed, responsible and creative individual, with excellent interpersonal skills that can work well under pressure
Ability to communicate well with clients, in polite and friendly manner with good telephone etiquette
Capable to manage queries and provide general information about products and services
Good organizational skills and general administrative and clerical skill set
Prepare letters and documents * Schedule appointments, Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically * Organize meetings
Excellent computer skills in particular with MS office Application i.e. Excel,
Get customer information and add it to the system.
Updating database frequently
Prepare correspondence and documents if needed
Maintain and organize marketing materials, Follow Ups, Assist sales team
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: * University – Diploma graduate with pleasing personality * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in the UAE
Marketing, admin or in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced MS skills, word, Excel etc.
