Boho Cafe Jebel Ali Dubai: Job Description

Job Tittle:  Assistant

 

Job Description :- 

Creating and preparing menus items and specials.
Making Juice, smoothies and special coffee and tea
Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
Serve water, soft drinks, coffee and juice to customers
Removing dirty dishes, cleaning tables, ensuring tables have clean linens and serving drinks.
Wipe down tables and seats when clearing tables with a clean, damp cloth soaked in sanitizer solution to ensure guests always sit at a clean table
Clean and stock throughout the cafe as necessary throughout your shift
Carry dishes, food, silverware and trays from kitchen to serving counters when supply runs low
Perform janitorial duties as needed when time permits, such as cleaning workstations, emptying the trash, mopping up spills and sweeping during your shift
Polish and clean walls, shelves, furniture and equipment throughout the establishment during shift when time permits
Cleans utensils, equipment, and the storage, food preparation and serving areas for the purpose of maintaining sanitary conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: AED 900.00 – AED1,100.00 per month

Experience:

Cafe / cafeteria: 2 years (R equired)
