Job Tittle: Recruitment Assistant

Job Description :-
Recruitment
a. Monitoring and updating of weblink and FT career portals
b. Execute sourcing activities and channels, post job advertisements and get referrals
c. Update applicant database and perform resume screening
d. Schedule the applicant, determine required examination for specific requirement and administer qualifying tests
e. Review and verify the documents of the candidates
f. Conduct in-person or phone call interview
g. Coordinate interview schedule and ensure shortlisted applicants were interviewed by Department Managers prior forwarding for final interview
h. Obtain assessment notes from placement reviewers
i. Secure recommendation and approval from Management for the recruitment of the candidate.
j. Conduct employment verification of the candidate thru phone call or email to previous employer/s
k. Prepare job offer, job description and costing for approval of the management
l. Once the offer letter, job description and costing were approved; discuss to candidate and advise to sign the offer and job description and collect the original documents
m. Ask the candidate if he will exit the country to process the status change of visa.
n. If the candidate agreed and signed the offer, coordinate with PRO for the budget of visa application and prepare a request for approval of management
o. Once the visa budget application is approved, forward to accounts to prepare the cash and advise the PRO.
p. Prepare all the requirements and submit to PRO for visa application
q. Prepare orientation and training program
r. Secure orientation and final joining date and notify the new employee accordingly
s. Facilitate new joining requirements as per approved training program
t. Forward the first joining report for approval of the management and send joining announcements for all new joinees
u. Coordinate and ensure implementation of training program to respective departments
v. Endorse to hiring department for deployment
w. Apply for medical insurance
x. Coordinate and prepare all requirement and submit to PRO for EID, medical and visa stamping process
y. Create and update staff file
z. Monitor performance of new hire for 1st month and get the assessment from Department Manager
