Job Description :- 

Administrator;-

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist Purchasing Manager in the day to day operation of the Purchasing Department.
  • Prioritise the assigned purchase requests as per delivery date, obtain three quotations, and negotiate the price then forward purchase request to Purchasing Manager.
  • After proper approvals issue the Purchase Order to the supplier and follow up for the delivery of goods or services.
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

 

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven work experience of at least 1-2 years in a 4 or 5-star hotel as a Administrator, Purchasing Agent or similar role
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
