Position Summary:

This position plays an important role in the accelerated growth of our Middle East client base. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the ME Business Development Manager. The region is going through an active growth period and to be successful the BDM needs to maximize time working with clients. This role requires an energetic and well-organized person to take on the important behind-the-scenes tasks including but not limited to CRM, quoting, ordering, and ensuring install projects are delivered with excellent customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking information from BDM and keeping client CRM data updated.
Working with BDM to ensure that quotes are produced and are accurate to customer requirements.
Collaborate with BDM and cross-functional teams on projects to make sure timelines are met and the customer receives necessary updates.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within existing customer accounts to become a point of contact for some of the day-to-day activities.
Managing client relationships through all stages of the sales cycle including post-sale
Use CRM (Salesforce.com) to record customer communications, activities, and opportunities.
Help to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and escalate issues to CX as needed.
Ensure inbound customer communication is channeled into our business appropriately and is then handled in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Experience:

Ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner using both written and verbal skills.
Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software would be highly regarded.
Solid organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Understanding of MS Office products and ability to pick up new applications quickly.
