Full Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities:
Responds to project enquiries that are allocated to them by the Head of Project Management, Sales Director and/or General Manager
Develops project quotes in accordance with the client brief and available budget, proposing solutions that work within the Company’s financial objectives in terms of payment terms and margin
Attends client meetings as required within the scope of a project and/or project pitch
Collaborates with HODs to ensure correct specification of equipment prior to quotation
Provides feedback on a regular basis to the Company Project Management meetings as to the status of project enquiries and quotations
Manages time appropriately in order to submit quotations promptly in accordance with customer expectations
Demonstrates a commercial awareness and keeps focus on maximisation of project profitability
Has good understanding of all technical disciplines
In conjunction with the Equipment Manager, manage equipment sub-rentals ensuring that the Company is obtaining the best possible rates, both locally and internationally
Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers
Responsible for Dry Hires, in coordination with the Project Coordinators
In coordination with the Project Coordinators, responsible for creating and managing intercompany sub-rental orders
Required Education and/or Qualifications and Skills:-
Strong written and spoken English
University degree in Marketing or Business Studies
Competency in using MS Office applications
Customer service oriented
Strong organisational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Decision making skills
Financial and commercial acumen
