Retail exp ins a must it will be perfect if u can find someone who worked in furniture/ interior design…Someone who is the responsible in the current job to do the posting, SEO (make sure if they do the SEO related to the website named SEO online also if not its fine if they are doing the SEO offline ) google analytics Someone familiar with captions (working on adobe or photoshop or any program) Someone preferably who can put his/her input on website traffic (they will help here in the technical part ) but at least someone who has an eye on the website if the website will attract the targeted audience needed bcz website is a part of the company image and social media

• During the interview they will ask about the candidate ‘s interests because they would like having candidates who like this line as a passion or hobby for example someone also who likes art….design…
• They will test also the content writing skills (style how they take a caption and right a post) It’s a plus if the candidate has a portfolio so at least they can check the writing
