Job Description :-
Financial Analyst Jobs in Dubai About the job Business Analysis: Support the CFO by providing detailed review of the group’s performance. ?
Own & continually develop the group’s long range financial model incorporating Salesforce.com and other market data ? Prepare Investor & Board presentations ?
Provide analysis to support business case for entering new markets or making capital investments ?
Develop the group’s Business Intelligence capability through appropriate tools ?
Attend monthly Business Unit review meetings ?
Develop project review frameworks to assist in investment decisions ?
Respond to ad-hoc analysis request from group senior management Management accounts/ budgets/ forecasts: Full accountability for the successful preparation and delivery of the consolidated annual budget, rolling monthly forecast and monthly accounts. ?
Ensure that an annual timetable is prepared, agreed and issued to the business with deadlines for budgets, re-forecasts and month end close ?
Prepare monthly group-level reporting pack (in Excel and PowerPoint) for review by Director of Finance and Accounting. ?
Monitor timeliness of submissions, adherence to timetable and communicate any failure to management ?
Work with the Regional Financial Controllers to remedy any deficiency in adherence to the timetable including process improvement, training etc ?
Develop and prepare analysis sheets that will enable group and regional management to review the annual budget / quarterly reforecast/ monthly management accounts in a systematic, timely and informed manner. ?
Continually develop the presentation of the annual budget / monthly forecast / monthly management accounts to meet the changing needs of the business.
Statutory Accounts: Full accountability for the successful delivery of the group’s audited, consolidated annual statutory accounts as per the timetable agreed by the Board of Directors. ? Develop strong working relationships with the group’s external auditors. ?
Ensure the groups stated accounting polices are in accordance with IRFS ? Work with the Regional Controllers and local Finance Managers to ensure all subsidiary accounts and audits are completed as per the group timetable. ? Keep the Director of Finance and Accounting and CFO fully informed of progress of the statutory accounts and of any issues raised by the external auditors. Person Specification
