Job Description :-
The Fortinet EMEA Security Fabric Team are looking for a Consulting Systems Engineer to help support and grow our new EASM technologies. As a member of the Technical Pre-Sales Department, you will work closely with the Sales Team to position our EASM and Fabric Solutions, drive field Systems Engineers in their projects and report product evolution requests to Product Management.
Job responsibilities:-
- Member of the CSE team which covers EMEA region (with some infrequent travel to APAC)
- Second level of pre-sales support, assisting the SE organisation through activities such as:
- Responding to RFPs/RFIs: design, solution specification, product information
- Leading technical discussions, articulating the technology and demonstrating differentiated value
- Being responsible to build technical material to support sales activities (slideware, solution brief, white papers, success stories, etc.) and design workshops
- Effectively disseminate product knowledge to the Sales Team and Channel
- Point of contact for the Product Management team: responsible to report and consolidate customer needs across EMEA, validate business case, write and prioritize feature requests
- Report project activities, analyse project trends and provide market vision
- Participate in the development of commercial strategies
- Participate in Seminars/Webinars
- Travel as required in EMEA region & (APAC if required).
- Being able to self-start and understand the addressable market for your designated technologies
- Work closely with Product Managers and peer CSE’s to provide your input on product direction and strategy Required Skills:
- Pre-sales and Hands-on experience (6 years)
- Working on International projects
- Strong understanding of Network Security and Threat Intelligence Analysis
- A passion for external reconnaissance, keeping up to date with emerging attack techniques and finding new ways that businesses can be targeted
- Expertise level in the following areas:
- Vulnerability Scan & Management and Penetration Testing
- Automated and manual data correlation techniques
- Working with multiple teams to deliver consolidated reports/analysis for a specific project
- Strong presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated, independent thinker
- Has been exposed to wide range of security technologies of firewalls, SWG, MTAs, EPP, Sandboxing, NDR, cloud Security,
- Has experience with external threat intelligence feeds and services
- Has a knowledge of brand protection techniques.
- Certified Offensive Security expert or Similar Accreditation. Extensive knowledge of Pen testing, Exploitation.
- Should have the capability to build a complete attack scenario based on the target setup.
- Experience with red team tools: Kali Linux, OSINT tools, Nmap, Sqlmap, Nikto, OpenVAS, Spiderfoot, Intrigue, Maltego, shodan, Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in network security industry or computer related degree #LI-remote
