Job Tittle:  Purchase Officer

 

Full Job Description :- 

Candidates available in Dubai for immediate joining will be considered.
Automobile/Workshop experienced only
Experience in luxury cars/ multi-brand will be added advantage
Key Performance Areas

Receiving parts inquiries/requisitions from workshops & quickly arranging the quotations from different vendors as per demand
Source, negotiate & purchase automotive parts from both local and salvage vendors
Implement internal procurement strategies to cater to cost reduction, expedite lead times, and timely responses to the workshop staff
Develop & maintain business relations with vendors to ensure the best discounts & timely deliveries
Research potential vendors and make data base for future inquiries
Compare & evaluate the quotes from the vendors/suppliers & disclose them to workshop
Track workshop requests & follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices for future references / requirements
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed by workshop stores
Coordinate with purchasers frequently to fulfill the requirements from workshop stores to ensure adequate parts storage & availability of running parts
