Job Tittle:  Sr. Sales Engineer

 

Full Job Description :- 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for achievement of Budgeted- Turnover, GP & DSO Targets on monthly and annual basis (UAE Distribution/Channel Sales)
• Responsible to mature relationship power across all/key revenue accounts for high touch relationships.
• Develop the company’s business in the target sectors/ customers to meet/exceed sales, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
• To work within assigned sphere of delegation and take prior approval on any deviation on standard company’s commercial, operational terms & policy.
• Ensuring solid efficiency in the business forecast & at least 3-months advance backlog through healthy ordered or visible project data that is reported to the unit sales manager/sales management every month.
  

  Background / Experience:-

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
• Preferred experience in construction channels/engineering goods/door hardware industry, dealing with distributors, retailers, fit out, Ironmongery packagers, fabricators, contractor’s, building owners, etc. with minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience.
• Preferred sales experience in manual door systems, door hardware, automatic door control systems, access control and related industries.
• Good written & spoken English business language skills
• Field & method competency in distributors/dealers management, sales know how & general technical competency. With UAE driving license with own vehicle.GEZE Middle East FZE
