Job Description :- 

Dubai Below is the job responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
• Responsible to ensure services to guests are provided in a most friendly and courteous manner and maintains guest rooms, floor and service areas under his/her supervision in accordance with Grand Excelsior Hotel standards.
• Directs guides and controls Room Attendant to ensure all guest bedrooms, bathrooms and hotel-floor corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness for safety and comfort for all guests at all times.
• Is alert, well informed about the Hotel and able to organize his work during peak hours rapidly by maintaining a constant standard of performance whether the operation is busy or not.
• Assists in the job training, maintains of grooming, conducts standards of staff, acts and ensures Housekeeping floor staff acts according to Hotel rules and regulations as well as the established policies and procedures.
