Job Tittle:  Administrative Officer

 

Job Description :- 

The Administrative Officer is the main point of contact for the patients upon their visit to the center and will be responsible for handling all inquiries throughout their visit to the center in a friendly and effective manner, and will work as a team member within the HPlus centers in meeting the patient’s needs. and is responsible for the Patient’s first impression of UEMedical & HPlus centers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s in Hospitality or a related field
• 2 years of post-graduation experience in customer service.
• Preferably with healthcare experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, Additional languages preferred.

• Shorthand and Dictaphone skills are required.
• Maintain a typing speed
• Advanced computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:
