We are looking for a well experienced Secretary.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- with UAE license
- knowledge in Logistics & Accounts is a plus.
- knowledge in reading plans is advantage.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Secretarial background and good exposure so as to implement all new practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
- To be flexible and open to change.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
