Job Tittle: Fashion Office Assistant

Job Description :-
Pick all the Online Orders assigned to the store from the Website
Pack the Online Orders to be dispatched to customers
Quality Check every item leaving the warehouse to make sure it’s in perfect condition
Showroom duties
Liaise with Customer Services regarding customers orders
Dispatch all the orders via UAE post, dhl, aramex, ups etc
Investigate Stock Discrepancies when picking stock and liaise with staff to locate stock and management team.
Support manager with management duties during busy periods
Learn to use fully the Online Fulfillment Website & back office in store
Making sure warehouse is organised, all clothing and shoes items are labelled correctly and all stock online is correct
Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Maintains quality service by following organisation standards.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Completes reports by entering required information.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
