Job Description :- 

Job Description / Role:
– Manage the office supplies, suppliers, and maintenance work in the office
– Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
– Screen and direct phone calls/Emails, distribute correspondence accordingly and handle requests and queries appropriately
– Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
– Compose, edit, and draft letters, addendum, A to A forms, and property-related contracts.
– Assist the client and make sure that they have log-in before you allow them to use the premises and prepare the monthly request of payment and Invoice
– Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records
– Assist the Director in handling his meetings and contract preparation
– Social Media management

Requirements:-–

Preferably at least 1 Year Experience in Real Estate
– Outstanding English communication and smart and presentable
– Excellent organizational skills
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
– Knowledgeable of using CRM
– Familiarity with office management procedures
