Job Description :- 

The Role :-
Arabic Personal Assistant – Medical (Sharjah) We are seeking a Personal Assistant who has worked within a medical secretarial environment, to join a prominent Sharjah family. A lovely role, where staff are valued and hence, they have an excellent staff retention history. The role requires a specific skill set, supporting the Chairman and patriarch of the family, cataloguing medical records, filing accordingly, and managing international medical appointments all over the world. The role is based in the corporate offices and will liaise extensively with other PA’s and EA’s of various C-Suite individuals within the Chairman’s group of companies, managing diary commitments, Board Meetings and travel requirements for corporate and private travel. It is essential that the candidate is a native Arabic speaker, with fluent English skills, who can communicate at all levels with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.Requirements :-We are seeking candidates who have worked as a Medical Secretary, or a Doctor’s EA / Receptionist, who understand medical appointments, follow ups and managing medical records and who have excellent attention to detail. Candidates must be IT proficient on Excel and PowerPoint and be able to demonstrate a consistent career history.
