Job Description :-
Telephone Operator five star hotel:-
o To ensure a strong product knowledge of hotel services and facilities to provide an efficient service to hotel guests.
o To process incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously using the telephone standards adhered to as laid out in the telephone and company SOP.
o To have full knowledge and understanding of each Department Heads position and their role to know who all members of staff are within the hotel.
o To maintain a log of all, wake up calls received and to ensure that these are carried out promptly and in the correct manner as laid out in the telephone SOP.
o To have full knowledge of the functions relating to the Telephone Operator section in Opera.
o To be knowledgeable about daily functions and activity in the hotel in order to deal effectively with guest queries.
o To monitor switchboard system if working and reports non-functional equipment’s.
o Assist guest with international calls and queries.
o Complete management’s long-distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet
o Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.
o Calls the Doctor if requested by Duty Manager and log correctly
o Familiarize with hotel promotions and theme nights, F&B outlet timings
o Be able to locate a guest in the outlets
o Emergency procedures, Bomb threats Emergency call button
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED1,500.00 – AED1,850.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
