The Opportunity:    

 Jumeirah International Nurseries is opening its doors to 4 new Nurseries/Early Childhood Centres in prime locations of Dubai by August 2022. We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our well-established chain of Nursery/Early Childhood Centres in Dubai.

About You:

As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the Nursery /Early Childhood Centre including delivering the vision of the group; maximising the number of children on roll in the various programmes; recruitment, retention and development of staff; overseeing day-to-day financial systems.
• Develop and deliver a balanced EYFS /IPC curriculum, underpinned by developmentally appropriate play-based activities, Reggio Emilia and Curiosity Approach enriched by Fortes’ Accelerated Learning programmes.
• Ensure that the premises are maintained at the highest quality standards, and are compliant with the regulations of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dubai Municipality (DM), and other government authorities

The successful candidate will have :- 

• A bachelor’s degree or post graduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or professional certification in leading Nurseries/ Early Childhood Centre (for example Level 5 vocational qualification) with a minimum of 3 years experience in an Early Childhood setting.
• A comprehensive knowledge of childcare requirements and regulations and previous success in managing a Nursery /Early Childhood Centre.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and an outstanding work ethic.
