Job Description :-
Human Resources Trainee
What you will be working on-
Contribute in ongoing & up-coming projects by researching, analyzing & presenting suitable recommendations (two priority projects are Streamlining Performance Management Program & Cultural Transformation)
Support all ongoing initiatives of Employee Engagement
Assist with streamlining HR processes & policies as & when required.
Coordinate with stakeholders for necessary SOP & DOA corrections
Support Head of People & Culture with People strategy implementation
Coordinate for ongoing operational tasks such as recruitment, on boarding, Database updating & off boarding
What do you need to have to qualify for this role-
Undergraduate/Post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent (2020/21 pass outs)
Command of MS Office, especially on Excel, PowerPoint
Confident & can work under strict deadlines
Connects & communicates with colleagues across levels
Proactive & ability to work independently
