Knowledge:

· Highly experienced in SAP B1 ERP with in-depth knowledge on how to use and maintain SAP functionality.

· To perform capital budgeting duties for the business ensuring appropriate budgeting and accounting treatment of capital expenditure.

· Financial modeling in a multi-dimensional business.

· Building and Maintaining chart of accounts / financial structure in SAP b1.

· Prepare timely reports (Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, Cashflow, Changes in equity).

· Revenue reconciliation across multiple CRM’s and sap b1.

· Report consolidation through sap b1.

· Standard costing, Variance analysis.

· Budgeting and forecasting.

· Cost controlling techniques.

· SAP business intelligence tools

Account abilities:-

· Implementing internal system controls, reviewing, and maintaining financial systems procedures, ensuring audit compliance.

· Supporting departments for their requirements in financial services, developing financial structure and systems processes to provide compliance to financial best practices for financial routines.

· Maintaining integrity of master data in the system to assure an up-to-date system at any time that respects statutory rules and internal/external reporting requirements.

· Working with IT to manage the systems upgrades and troubleshoot any systems-related issues.

· Prepare (Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Changes in equity).

· To ensure continuous improvement to systems and processes so that they are efficient for the business. To be a link between Finance Division and IT Division in relation to systems Developing the different SAP modules to the optimal set up for the finance and supply chain function, identifying and addressing any quality gaps with IT.

· Supporting internal and external audit programs, at all stages for the purpose of guaranteeing accuracy in reporting,

· Analyzes the financial impact of major business operational issues and decisions affecting the business and delivers timely reports as requested.

· Prepares periodical closing process and prepares supporting schedules and work papers for the periodical financial review and financial audits. In this capacity, further reviews accounting entries on a regular basis to ensure that there is accuracy and timeliness, maintaining strict confidentiality of operational, financial, and business information.

· Evaluates current financial policies and practices within the departments and strives to drive continuous improvement, research, and analyses in all accounting matters.

· Establish and implement accounting procedures and policies in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and the state law of the business’s jurisdiction.

· Analyzing, recommending, and implementing necessary improvements across the finance landscape of the business to ensure integrity. In this capacity, he generates periodical consolidated financial reporting that is timely, accurate, and usable by the business in assessing its financial position.

· Developing other financial reporting to support the efficient running of the business.

This includes supporting the development of the SAP and using MS Excel to provide powerful management information.

· To provide capital management accounting duties, providing valuable accountancy support to the organization’s capital plan. This includes providing specialist capital accounting knowledge, delivering compliant treatment of capital expenditure, and working with budget holders to set and monitor the capital plan.

· Liaising with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT staff to ensure that they can carry out their duties in relation to SAP.

Work Experience:-

· Minimum 5 years experience with at least 5 years in roles, focused on Budgeting & Planning with increasing levels of responsibility.

· Proven delivery of results at a similar level, particularly around managing and maintaining asset strategies and plans, reliability systems, change and cost/value management

· Must have worked on large ERP (SAP) systems and hands-on functional experience.
