Full Job Description :- 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform buying duties.
• Prepare purchase orders/Sales Quotation/Sales Order and sending of copies to suppliers/customers and to departments where requests have originated from
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential clients.
• Purchase and procure all local and international buying for both books/Non-books.
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.

Skills:

• Managing quotes accurately in a timely manner,
• Communication Skills should be excellent

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Customer Service or Client Relation: 2 years (Required)
