Job Tittle: Front Desk Cum Admin Assistant
Job Description :-
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ø Ensure working place is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, form, and brochure)
Ø Provide basic and accurate information in- person and via phone/email
Ø Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Ø Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
Ø Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Ø Perform other clerical admin duties such as filling, photocopying, etc.
Ø Tidy and cleanliness
Ø Maintain internal databases
Ø Keep employee records (physical, digital)
Ø Distribute incoming outgoing mail
Ø Answer and re directing phone calls
Ø Handle queries from manager to employees
Ø Update office policies and ensure Compliance with them.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
Ø Proven work experience as a Admin or Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Ø Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Ø Professional attitude and appearance
Ø Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ø Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Ø Excellent organizational skills
Ø Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
Ø Customer service attitude
