Job Descriptions :-

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend the departmental briefings and make note of all important information.
• Collect the daily checklist, keys, shift mobile, equipment and other materials required for the day’s operation.
• Ensure that the housekeeping pantry is well stocked, clean and the notice boards are updated at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Check the guest corridor (including the house phone and lift landings) for any maintenance or cleanliness.
• Physically service and check all vacant rooms for any maintenances, cleanliness and type of service (E.g. turndown).
• Prioritize the room cleaning requests and turning around the departure room as per the expected time of arrival.
• Change the bed linen in every morning shift or as specified by the guest
• Ensure that the soiled linen and garbage is cleared from all pantries at the end of every shift.
• Ensure only fresh and good quality linen is used in guest rooms
• Empty the dust bags of the vacuum cleaners at the end of every shift
• Follow hotel security guidelines

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Room Attendant
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Good physical health and stamina
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High school diploma is a plus
