MCM Abu Dhabi: Job Description

Job Tittle:  Planning Engineer

 

Job Description :- 

Role:

  • Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
  • Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines.
  • Conduct regular project site inspections.
  • Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims.
  • Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis.
  • Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures

Required:

  • UAE Driving License required
  • Must be available in UAE
  • A university degree in engineering in construction technology is preferred
  • Experience of more than 10+ years in the construction industry

Job Type: Full-time
