Mission:

The role is responsible for all demand & supply planning activities associated with all channels and products including developing historical trend forecasts, incorporating business intelligence and inputs gathered from product marketing, merchandising, sales promotions, and finance. Facilitate monthly DP meetings through collaborative efforts.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop demand plans for multiple time horizons and distribution/retail channels.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results based on sales, inventory, and other data.
• Maintain forecast accuracy by collaborating with the cross-functional team to gather updated sales and marketing information, especially for events that significantly affect demand such as promotions and supplier stock issues.
• Identify future customer service risk and work with cross-functional teams to quantify and reduce impact to the customer.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with HQ regarding PIs, Invoices, shipping information, ETAs and other necessary information.
• Track all movement of stock shipments for on time delivery to warehouse, analyzing KPI data to monitor performance against relevant agreed lead times.
• Regularly update database with new references and cleanse SKU database with the help of the logistics data file received from HQ.
• Coordinate with HQ and PME the process of issuing all necessary documentation required by ESMA System notification process.
• Coordinate locally with Product compliance team for the establishment and smooth functioning of notification process by providing needed information, samples, forms etc.
• Responsible for creating Monthly Catalog Analysis, Monthly Reports, New Product Contribution Reports, Forecast Accuracy, and any other reports/analysis as necessary.
• Achieve or exceed the identified goals and KPI Targets, supporting corporate/department goals and KPI targets as directed.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in beauty/fashion/FMCG industry or similar setting with end-to-end supply chain understanding
• Knowledge of SAP/APO/M3/JDE, Oracle Demand Planning or other software packages including MS.
• Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
• Capability to multitask and problem-solve
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Detail and process oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
