Full Job Description :- 

We are URGENTLY seeking to hire an experienced, organized and self-motivated Office Administrator to manage our office in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency duty of daily office operations. From scheduling appointments, attending calls, ensuring the office that is functioning properly and providing employees with office assistance.

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional, have an intermediate IT skill level and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Preparing and sending quotations to clients.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • IT support to office. IT needs in troubleshooting printers; software & network and other IT jobs.
  • Organize and print sample catalogues and materials.
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirements:

  • Able to multitask and enjoy working with different scopes simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years’ office administration experience in Fire Protection Industry or Engineering and Contracting Company in UAE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willing to work or relocate in Al Turfah, Ras Al Khaimah
