Candidates who can join immediately preferred.
Should be capable of handling the front office and other office-related works, computer savvy, with pleasing personality and good command of English

Maintaining the office areas, supplies, and stationery and arranging couriers

Handling calls, letters and email communications.

Filling and record-keeping in physical and digital formats with print, scan , copy operations.

Maintaining attendance records.

Should be computer literate with knowledge of MS office.

Should be proficient in English. (Read and write)

Coordinating with team members.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent Knowledge of software tools like google calendar, google sheets, MS Word, MS Excel etc.

Reasonable knowledge of Internet tools and social media like FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
