NORTH AMERICAN SERVICES CENTER IS HIRING IT Support Engineer / Web Developer. It is a serious and responsible position that requires attention and commitment for minumin period of contract what is 3 years. Company can provide career for serious and hard working employees The person must be multitasking and well organized
Job Summary:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
IT support to staff Troubleshooting of outlook Troubleshooting of laptop / pc Troubleshooting of any software related issues. Troubleshooting printer related issue.
Installing printer and requires software for company users. Troubleshooting of landline and extension. Coordinating with telecom company ( Du & Etisalat ) to fix internet related issue if requires. Create email id for new users and setting up in outlook.
Managing Slack ( Create, Active, Inactive employee CRM User management ( Create, Active, Inactive employee ) CRM programming to implement new feature as and when required. CRM Lead distribution Portal support to client via email / call Email Marketing ( Creating HTML newsletter ) Website management Website SEO Troubleshooting CCTV issues and making sure that all cams are working Key abilities
