Job Tittle:  Bim Electrical Modelers

 

Job Description :- 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
• Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
• Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model
• 3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
• Preparation of Shop drawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
• Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
• Prepare bill of quantities.
• Coordination of MEP services.
• Design structured cabling system.

Preparation of technical/project reports and documentation of the project.

Skill Sets Required:-

• BIM/Drafting Skill
• Computer Skill
• Collaboration Skill
• Attention to Details

Qualifications Minimum Education Required:-

• Diploma/Bachelor degree/ ITIMinimum Experience Required:
• 3- 7 years experience & 4+ years of minimum GCC experience Software Knowledge: Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD We are looking for immediate joiners.
