Full Job Description :-
Royal Smart Limousine invites qualified candidates to apply for this position. We need smart candidates to represent our company in several location across UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, call centre agency experience in the transportation industry, dynamic skills and excellent administrative skills. Candidates applying must have 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Process orders, forms, and application on a proper process
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum requirement:
o Tertiary qualification
o Minimum 2 years customer service experience in limousine, transportation sector or logistics
o Fluent in English and preferably bilingual
o Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
o Proficient in data entry skills and excellent administrative skills
o Excellent customer service skills and communication
High level of product/service knowledge
