Full Job Description :- 

We are seeking to recruit a qualified Administrator/Secretary who will be responsible for performing admin-related activities and supporting employees, patients, and management in day-to-day admin-related activities to start immediately!

Requirements:

  • Driving License
  • Candidate must speak fluent Arabic to be considered for this role.
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Assist with CRM database management

Responsibilities :- 

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle contract, tender renewals
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
  • Confirm restaurant reservations for the managers
  • Familiar with UAE Annual License Renewals & Updates, Resident & Employee Visas, Employee Visa Cancellation Medical Typing & Application, Labour Card Updates & Renewals, Job Offer Letters, Regulatory Body Support & Government Liaison, Labour & Immigration
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Handle CEO Personal requests
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors with Arabic language
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month
