Full Job Description :-
Looking for a dedicated and talented Junior Architect/Designer in Dubai.
Kindly read carefully the job requirements and please do not apply if you don’t meet the below following requirements of the Company! When applying please attach you official CV and
Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Proven work experience as a detailer or similar role specially in joinery & interior fit-out works.
Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max or other rendering softwares
Prepare and draw detailed Shop drawings for joinery & fit-out items for submittal to
consultants/clients for approval.
Preparation of submission drawings to local authorities ( DM,Trakhees,Nakheel,
DCD,DDA…etc)
Support and coordinate with designers and engineers.
Must have sufficient working experience within U.A.E
Skills and Proficiencies:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to,
architectural design intent
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Great team player who is able to self-start, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
The performance is satisfied company requirement, will have a chance to get a permanent
position
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field.
Architect /Interior Designer with minimum experience of 1-2 years in UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
