Our successful Commercial/Sales team in Dubai are looking for an Admin and Internal Communications Assistant.

Your main role would be to provide excellent admin support for the region leader, the sales leader and other ME leadership staff.
The Middle East region is growing, with a team close to 110 associates across 6 legal entities and presence in 8 locations across the region.
Essential job functions
General admin responsibilities on managing calendars, meeting arrangements and cross- functional coordination of travel and event plans.
Coordinating for all team events (virtual or F2F)
Creating presentations for townhalls, leadership meeting and business reviews
Organizing trainings for Pall in ME
Handling all non-bom requests for ME (PO’s and bank related matters on SAP)
Support Google campaigns / Linked In / etc… supporting of region BD Manager
Market research for the digital marketing & working on campaign design ideas
All internal communications related to engagement / inclusion plans
Support leadership on D&I strategic initiatives.
Initiating actions and conducting round tables, surveys and other organizational practices Minimum qualifications
2 years or more previous and recent experience within a multi-national/corporate company
Excellent communicator, ability to build good working relationships
Professional manner, confident and honest
Assistant / admin experience supporting senior leaders within a business
Experience liaising with multiple departments within the company and external business/suppliers.
Living/based in Dubai
Strong background in administration
Experience scheduling and rearranging meetings on outlook, able to work across timezone, organizing and booking travel
Fluent in Arabic and English
Ability to work with and communicate with diverse teams from various cultural backgrounds
Strong organisational skills
Strong IT skills – able to use PowerPoint, good Excel skills, Outlook, Word
Experience taking and distributing meeting notes
Shows strong initiative and willingness to work independently
Experience or ability to create and distribute internal business/division communications
Any knowledge of marketing/Linked In/Google etc would be useful but is not essential
