The Technology team in Asia is driving the Technological transformation of the Region with strong collaboration with affiliates and Pernod Ricard Headquarters.
JOB SUMMARY
As the Deployment & PMO Lead, you are responsible in driving the deployment of Global and Regional Products & Platforms across Pernod Ricard Asia markets companies as well as maintaining a consistent roadmap aligned with Group, affiliates, and resources avail abilities.
You will be the key bridge between Market Tech Leads and Product & Platforms teams (Global & Regional) to ensure the deployments are done at the right pace for the markets as well as getting the best deployment toolkits.
As a part of your role duties includes monitoring progress ensuring that schedule, process, resources, performance are respected. This includes the preparation / coordination of presentations, engagement of the board of the affiliates, required analyses, that will be used as support in the various Steering Committees where Senior Leadership will review overall progress of the initiatives across Asia.
You will oversee the team of Deployment Leads across Asia.
Key success factor of this role is the adoption by the end-users of the Products & Platforms deployed in the markets. Adoption will require close relationship with affiliates and strong deployment methodology from Market engagement, scoping, end-to-end deployment, communication, training, and monitoring of the adoption.
The position will report to the Asia Tech Transformation Director and will be based in Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Strategy
In collaboration with the Asia Tech Transformation Director, Market tech leads (China, India & Rest of Asia), and Products & Platforms leads, the Deployment & PMO Lead will:
Contribute to design and implementation of Technology Strategies. Contribute to the development of the Technology Roadmap. Operational & Functional – Deployment Lead Constructing a deployment calendar for the different projects to have a centralised view of all deployments. Manage and mitigate risks and resolve issues regarding quality and schedule of deployments. Ensuring all team members are adhering to best practices on project management, deployment and change management.
Monitoring the deployment process and collecting feedback from the different teams as well as key business stakeholder for review. Making improvements on a regular basis to the deployment process.
Support Deployment leads to deliver relevant trainings to Market teams to drive change and adoption
Support with adoption, and identify fine-tuning of the solution, business processes, incentives, and communications to ensure expected business benefits are reached, and insights are gathered to enhance solutions in the market, or for future deployments.
Operational & Functional – PMO Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning Manage and maintain detailed deployment road maps of deployments Collaborating with Market tech leads to prioritize deployments across markets.
Establish frameworks and standards which can be used across the various teams. Provide Management Reports which includes overall progress/status, health, financials Oversee & track costs and ensure finances are well managed and adhere to the agreed budget Manage risks and inter dependenciesEnsure cross-programme dependencies are managed Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.
Business acumen and partnership Act as a partner with business stakeholders on Technology Propose technologies and solutions which could benefits to the business Vendor Management Manage and evaluate vendors to ensure continuous improvement if required.
Team Management Manage an international team as appropriate including developing and monitoring objectives, conducting performance reviews, development plans, career, and succession planning. Foster collaboration and integration among the IT community across other Pernod Ricard affiliates

PROFILE DETAILS:-
Education required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related discipline desired.
Experience / Background:
5+ years of experience working in a leadership role within a large organisation
Demonstrate effective communication, presentation skills, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and coach others
Have solid knowledge and experiences on project management.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing change in ways of working, collaboration within a cross-domain / market / functional context.
Helicopter view / sense of 80/20 to identify and prioritize key issues
Excellent communication skills to be credible with Senior Leadership and be able to challenge decision making
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
