Sanad Air Academy Dubai: Job Description
Job Tittle: Administrator
Full Job Description :-
Main functions:
- Handle all phone calls and give out correct information about the company & its services to potential clients.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Report to Operations Manager for any Tenancy Contract, quotations or Payments for Tenants.
- Organize the paperwork for company expenses, quotations, invoices, receipts.
- Knowledge in Quick Books is preferred.
- Update the company ERP system periodically everyday.
- Keep track of rental agreements, license expiration dates & such accounts.
- Coordinate with the team for any maintenance work of the Facility.
- Handling any issues from Tenants and Coordinating with the Operations Manager.
Experience :
- At least 1 year + in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Arabic is a plus
- Office Administrator – 3 years preferred
- Quick books – 3 years preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: AED 4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
