Job Description :- 

Shampooch, Dubai’s premier and original god grooming company is expanding our team. We are urgently looking for Dubai’s most talented Dog Groomers to join our team. Groomers work both in our salon and in the mobile grooming vans so we require someone who is not only talented at grooming but flexible, well presented and has excellent communication skills. Most importantly in line with Shampooch’s overall philosophy, “Must Love Dogs.”

Grooming skills must be diverse from hand scissoring to shaving. We cater to all breeds from yorkies and pomms, cockers and schnauzers, chow chows and akitas etc. Will be responsible to maintain grooming equipment and tools and follow very strict sanitization and cleaning techniques.

Groomers will be required to bathe, dry and dematt dogs. Nail clipping, ears and eyes cleaning, brushing teeth etc. Will need to follow direction of owners precisely and cater to special requirements of dogs. The safety of the dogs is of the upmost importance and identifying health issues and reporting back to the owners is also required.

Special Skills Required:

· Love and Care of all animals is a must

· Hand scissoring and shaving

· Understanding of animal behavior

· Excellent communication skills

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Proven experience with contactable references

· Need to be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy dogs.
