We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team.
He/she will supervise day-today marketing activities, as well as plan and execute long-term strategies under tight deadlines and changing needs.

Duties:
Develops digital marketing strategy by studying current market indicators, identifying potential clients, their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Plans and executes all digital marketing strategies, including website, SEO/SEM, Google ads, database marketing, email, SMS, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Maintains our social media presence.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term issues that must be addressed.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identifies trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams, international branches in London and Dubai, and Shuraa’s other verticals (including tax, real estate, and legal) to create effective marketing campaigns.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Leads the marketing team’s operations by scheduling monthly tasks for team members, motivating them, addressing their concerns, monitoring performances, and following up on work results.
