Regional Product Manager – UAE
Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensuring that the product supports the company’s total revenue, net Profit and overall strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Manages assigned Product (s) to achieve short & long term operating results through developing Product (s) Marketing Plan efficient to each country situation based on analysis for each country using market research data, Competitor’s performance, IMS, direct feedback, CRM, discussions with Sales staff and any other available resources.
Manages implementation of Product(s) activities in the GCC market through frequent field visits & opinion leader interviews in coordination with the local Sales Management & Corporate Marketing Team, promotes existing Product(s) as well as launches new one(s) in line with the Product Marketing Strategy.
Follows up on Product Performance, analyzes opportunities/threats present in related markets and recommends appropriate actions for productivity improvement.
Manages Product (s) Budget and recommends best utilization of available recourses within the organization.
Researches new market opportunities for Product development and growth through internal & external communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
Medical/Pharmacy Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Minimum of one-year experience as an Assistant Product Manager.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Able to travel 30% of his working time.
