Full Job Description :-
Our medical center is looking for a dedicated Arab female Secretary and Receptionist to handle patient-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to priorities work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision. Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome patients and guests.
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, receiving and storing daily mail.
– Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all doctors and patients and screen documents.
– Update calendars and schedule for doctors appointments and meetings.
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
– Maintain general patients record systems to uphold accurate files.
Requirements:
– previous experience as receptionist.
– Proficiency in specific software programs, including Microsoft teams, word, excel.
– Experience in making invoices, accounting and data processing preferred.
– Able to work independently.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in english
– Based in al-ain
