Tap Payments Vacancy Full Information

Key Responsibilities:-

Build and own the B2B marketing strategy and execution for UAE, working closely with the global marketing team and the local sales team, to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
Manage all local marketing activities: lead generation, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
Own the UAE event marketing program calendars, organizing both events and industry events, and manage all aspects of the project.
Own the website, continuously improving the local content to increase traffic and improve lead conversions.
Manage regional media relations. Establish and nurture media relationships; pitch stories to regional outlets
Leverage industry knowledge and in-market relationships to drive growth.
Research and identify new partnerships to increase brand awareness, and acquire new customers.
Develop customer success stories and partner marketing opportunities across different target industries to increase product adoption.
Plan and execute all local brand campaigns and ensure performance campaigns are on brand.
Ensure smooth teamwork between local teams and regional counterparts, creating a culture of collaboration.
Track effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs.
Closely work with sales to measure program performance and lead quality.

Background & Experience:-

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS or online business
Experience working in a collaborative environment across countries, cross-functional teams, and reporting structures.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience launching international brands or a brand into a new market
Excellent market knowledge, deep understanding of payments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
Thrives under pressure and can be counted on to deliver consistent results
