Job Tittle: Personal Assistant
Job Description :-
Job Purpose
To build the risk framework for operations – Control, monitor and maintain the risk architecture in operations and ensure that controls are effective.
To manage Financial and Non-Financial Areas. To implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
What you’ll be responsible for
Customer Application KYC Management
Supervise customer onboarding end to end process is carried out as per agreed procedure laid down by partner Bank.
Monitor pending Application are actioned by team on timely basis.
Supervising the weekly stock report.
Raise issues identified to respective stakeholders and do follow up for resolution
Financial
Daily ensure that all applicable Financial are timely reconciled and open items are highlighted
Ensure that the functional unit closes open items on time
Daily ensure that the Mastercard Settlement files are processed by Card processor and Partner bank.
Manage daily Mastercard Settlement Reconciliation for Debit Cards & Prepaid cards.
Daily ensure Mastercard Settlement entries outstanding are cleared on timely basis with justification.
Review weekly MCBS invoices received from Mastercard and to raise on any new or unknown fees debit.
Managing Non-Financial and Financial Enquiries/Complaints received from customer service.
Ensure that the department has a low-Risk Audit Rating
QMR reporting
Monthly Central Bank Reporting
Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure that the all the operational processes are documented
Review the SOP on regular intervals to validate that the risks are mitigated
Change Projects
Records Management
Core Banking – Complete walkthroughs to Functional Units, Train staff and work with IT teams for and system implementation
Work with IT and functional units towards implementation
Others – Initiate Automation / Process Improvement Initiatives and implement the same from time to time.
Operational Risk
Ensure that incidents are timely reported
Regularly review the incidents reported to ensure non recurrence and provide action taken to close open items
Audits
Work with respective functional units to update the status of various audit points raised
Work with the units to close all outstanding audit points
Maintain the audit tracker and co-ordinate with audit teams to seek confirmation of closure of audit points
MIS
Regularly prepare, circulate, and monitor the operations dashboards.
Prepare other Miscellaneous MIS that may be required by the role from time to time
System Access Controls
Regularly monitor the access levels of staff
Ensure that on staff separation requisite accesses of staff are disabled
Monitor authorization levels of staff across different banking systems
Risk
Exception reports and Risk Reviews are monitored
Ensure that risk issues are escalated in time and risks are well mitigated
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 5-10 years work experience in the UAE Banking Industry in Card operations
At least 5 years in a similar position in a banking / financial institution.
