We are looking for dynamic and talented Food & Beverage individual who is committed to provide exceptional service in unique and sophisticated environments.

Key Job Responsibilities

• To greet and welcome all guests according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
• To set up tables, buffet tables, decoration material and equipment as per the instruction from supervisor and captain according to each function requirement.
• To set up and serve food and beverage for each function according to the directives and a manner to obtain maximum guest satisfaction.
• To accepts guest’s complaints, be a good listener, solve such complaints in the most diplomatic way and report to captain or supervisor.
• To strive to increase sales and push the sales of stagnant restaurant menu items.
• To make sure that all drinks and food items are according to restaurant menu, properly presented, be of hot/iced temperature, as per logical conclusion, before being served.
• To follow HACCP procedures to ensure safety of guest and employees.
• To ensure MICROS order posting are done correctly.

Qualifications :- 

• Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage or relevant field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in similar position preferably in hospitality business.
• Proficiency in English, any other language will be of added value.
• Computer literate.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
