- We are looking for a reliable company Office Manager to assist the company with all transport-related duties. The company Office Manager’s responsibilities include meeting with client for viewing properties, collecting various packages and maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel-time and locations traveled to. You should also be able to perform routine checks on the company vehicle.
- Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer
- Report any instance of mishap or accident to the employer
- Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the employer
- Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
- Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
Requirements:-
– Should have UAE driving license
– Diploma / Graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 2,500.00 per month
